DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
strengthening interior manage and support compliance: 15%
Ensuring compliance with criminal guidelines and moreover post to the annual return time.
Checking or approve economic transactions in accordance to permitted Authority standards,
Working collectively with the monetary audit of the National Office.
Use a hundred percent inspection guidelines in relation to finance
Creating listing of No Risk Register,
Promoting and consideration of zero tolerance for system
Managmentof shipping and Cashflow to WVT: 20%
Focusing on well timed fee suppliers, personnel and partners.
Keeping the completeness of files for all payments,
Focusing on a month-to-month funding utility to the accreditation office.
Keeping month-to-month money requests are aligned with forecasts and GT hedged amounts,
Making positive small dollars are retrieved and reviewed,
Keeping small surprises monetary mistakes are conducted.
QUALIFICATIONS.
Degree of Accounts / finance, CPA( T),
A master’s diploma in finance or associated is an brought benefit
5 years trip in NGOs and in a managerial position
Experience on economic reporting preparation,
Mandatory: Bachelor’s diploma Account/finance, CPA(T), or Master’s diploma in finance or associated will be greater profitable.
